• Conceptual development and implementation of collaborative events as part of opening the Landesmuseum Württemberg to broader audiences, particularly in the Dürnitz museum foyer • Expansion and establishment of a network of cooperation partners for events across various cultural disciplines • Acquisition, organization and execution of venue rentals in the museum's various spaces at the Stuttgart location • Independent organization and oversight of events and rentals, including preparation and follow-up • This includes, among other things, scheduling coordination, monitoring compliance with safety requirements and museum guidelines in advance and on-site • Communication with all internal departments • Management of external service providers and cost control
• University degree, preferably in a humanities subject, a museum- or event-related field, or in cultural management • Several years of professional experience in event management, preferably in the cultural sector • Independent and structured way of working • Strong organizational skills • High sense of responsibility as well as awareness of the museum environment in which events take place • Ability to work under pressure • Team-oriented working style • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays • Upon hiring: submission of a clean certificate of conduct (police clearance) to be presented to an authority
