📋 Description

• Administers remote progress inspections utilizing video call technology • Creates detailed and accurate inspection reports based on observations and documentation gathered during remote inspections • Performs comprehensive quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports • Ensures that all reports meet established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality targets • Provides timely communication with stakeholders regarding the status and quality of all inspection reports • Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvement • Stays up-to-date on changes to industry standards, company policies, and lender guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices • Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology • Proficiency with software, including reviewing digital documents, video, and images • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms • Strong skills in generating clear, concise, and high-quality written reports • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience providing customer service to business clients • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with construction lending is a plus.
