📋 Description

• Own management responsibility for key elements of the Land O’Lakes Dairy Foods retail portfolio supporting our Albertsons business within the assigned sales unit • Manage the direct relationships with Albertsons West divisions to include: Seattle, Portland, Northern California, and Southern California • Deliver strategies and objectives • Develop customer relationships through effective management of resources • Support and assist Team Leader with engagement of Albertsons Corporate category teams • Collaborate with Land O’Lakes cross-functional team members to maximize opportunities • Achieve annual sales volume targets and utilize Power BI to monitor results • Manage trade spending within budget guidelines by maintaining accurate trade system plans • Maintain Salesforce live updates (incremental funding requests, account information) • Work with Team Leader and other Albertsons sales team members to develop annual promotional plans • Effectively communicate and collaborate internally for assigned Albertsons divisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or higher/ or equivalent work experience - required • 5 years or more of consumer package goods or related sales and/or sales support experience with strong knowledge of customer data sources (Circana), systems (customer portals), and work processes - required • Strong selling and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to find mutually beneficial solutions - required • Strong analytical skills with solid financial acumen and the ability to understand and process data while developing actionable recommendations - required • Ability to travel 20% of the time - required • Experience working with Albertsons - preferred
