📋 Description

• Enter patient information into the internal system • Verify patients’ insurance conditions • Collect financial information: bills, assets, cash flow • Prepare and send invoices to insurance companies in the U.S. • Track incoming payments • Communicate with representatives of medical institutions and insurance companies by phone (calls to the U.S.)

🎯 Requirements

• High level of spoken English (especially live conversation experience) • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and responsibility • Experience in customer support, working with documents, or finances is a plus
