📋 Description

• Respond to incidents related to Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS and infrastructure services according to agreed service levels; • Participate in projects involving Microsoft messaging, productivity, collaboration, security, EMS and infrastructure; • Create documentation related to support services and deployment and migration projects; • Provide technical support to Lanlink branches and clients; • Conduct research to detect and resolve incidents and/or problems within your area of responsibility; • Deliver training and upskilling for analysts in your vertical and for clients; • Perform other tasks related to your area of work;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in ICT-related fields or postgraduate studies in ICT); • Experience providing IT infrastructure support; • Experience with highly complex projects; • Technical English • Desired certifications: • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate • Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
