📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, review, retrospective, planning); • Remove impediments and support the team in continuous improvement; • Mediate communication between the Product Owner, developers and stakeholders; • Ensure adoption of agile best practices and the team’s self-organization; • Monitor productivity metrics and team morale.
🎯 Requirements
• Academic Background: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a degree with a mathematical foundation — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics; • or a non-mathematical bachelor's degree plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology. • Technical English is desirable. • Professional Experience: • Solid experience in the role of Scrum Master. • Certifications: • At least one certification from each of the groups below: • *Group 1:* • a. Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) - Certifier: Scrum.org • b. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - Certifier: Scrum Alliance • c. Kanban Management Professional (KMP I) - Certifier: Kanban University • *Group 2:* • a. Lean Inception - Certifier: Carolli.org • b. Management 3.0 - Certifier: Happy Melly • c. Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) - Certifier: Scrum.org • d. Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) - Certifier: Kanban University • e. Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master (DASM) - Certifier: PMI
