📋 Description

• Lead the testing strategy for high-impact products with national relevance. • Directly influence the company's engineering culture. • Work with cutting-edge technology to ensure software quality, security, and stability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Quality/Software Testing, with background in technical leadership or coordinating QA strategies. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. • Strong expertise in building automation frameworks (E2E, Integration, and API) using modern languages (TypeScript, C#, or JavaScript). • Extensive experience testing structured RESTful APIs, microservices, and messaging systems. • Practical familiarity with monitoring and improving technical efficiency metrics (DORA framework, production defect rates, test coverage). • Knowledge of functional security testing and basic vulnerability analysis (OWASP Top 10). • Solid SQL skills for validating data in relational databases and experience with Cloud environments. • Experience or interest in using AI tools (Generative AI, code copilots, or autonomous testing tools) to optimize scenario creation and automation.
