• 3+ experience building production-scale web applications, with deep expertise in **Next.js, React, TypeScript**, and modern front-end architecture. • Taste. You have a strong aesthetic sense and care deeply about the nuance of spacing, animation, typography, and interaction fidelity. • Demonstrated experience building polished, high-performance user interfaces admired for their clarity and speed. • A collaborative mindset with the ability to productively partner with designers, backend engineers, and product leaders. • A bias toward iteration: prototype fast, refine continuously, and ship without compromising on quality. • Have a strong portfolio that shows taste, clarity, and range • Are comfortable designing across brand and web • Have experience turning ideas into real things
