âą Own renewals end-to-end and drive expansion by proactively managing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities âą Consistently schedule and lead customer meetings to maintain engagement, uncover needs, and advance opportunities âą Ensure disciplined follow-through on action items, keeping deals and renewals on track âą Act as a trusted partner to pharma customers, aligning our solutions to their strategic goals âą Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to drive adoption and long-term retention âą Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and strategy âą Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and revenue opportunities in Salesforce âą Directly responsible for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts
âą A minimum of three (3) years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role in Pharma, SaaS or life sciences âą Strong commercial acumen with a track record in renewals, upsells, or account growth âą Exceptional written and oral communication, with ability to operate with clarity in ambiguous, urgent, and high-stakes contexts âą High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting âą Curiosity to deeply understand customer needs and how our products align âą Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely âą Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce Preferred) âą Location: Canada (Remote) âą Independent Contractor role
