📋 Description

• Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policy and IRS rules • Audit submissions for accuracy, proper GL coding, and required receipts • Process vendor invoices, ensuring approvals and timely payment • Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, etc.) • Reconcile key asset and liability accounts • Maintain fixed asset and prepaid schedules • Support the finance team with month-end closing tasks • Generate and send client invoices using Xero • Track and follow up on outstanding payments • Reconcile customer payments and accounts • Resolve billing questions with clients professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years in accounting or finance roles • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures • Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • English fluency (C1+), both written and spoken • Based in Latin America and comfortable working U.S. business hours
