📋 Description

• Design and implement core system architecture that will form the backbone of our payment infrastructure • Build essential components including workflow engines, partner integrations, ledgering systems, and public APIs • Work directly with technical leadership to make key architectural decisions • Shape our engineering culture and technical practices as we grow

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience • Our codebase is written in Ruby, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific language expertise • Strong background in building reliable, scalable backend systems • Track record of owning projects end-to-end and making sound technical decisions • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats • Strong character and empathy - we're building a collaborative, kind, high-achieving culture • Nice to Have: Background in cryptocurrency/blockchain development, Experience with API design and implementation, Frontend development experience, DevOps and infrastructure expertise
