📋 Description
• Own the end to end design process including User Research, Product Ideation, UX Design, UI Design • Interact directly with users to meet their needs rapidly • Start brand new projects from 0 to 1 • Participate in daily stand-ups and client meetings
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of product design experience in a professional environment • Experience designing AI applications • Experience designing products and features independently • Ability and curiosity to think through complex design problems and trade-offs • Collaborate directly with engineers to get designs implemented • Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code)
