• Lead Care Team to support employees' holistic needs • Oversee and develop Care Team members • Coordinate annual care touchpoints for all staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of ministry experience required • Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith
