📋 Description
• The Leader Development Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leaders within Launch Global. • Design and manage a comprehensive framework for leader development across the organization. • Align with LG core values and Lead-Develop-Care principles. • Empower individuals to lead with excellence, humility, and Biblical principles. • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of leader development programs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Training and/or certification in Lead-Develop-Care framework preferred. • Training and/or certification in Coaching preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience, with missions familiarity preferred. • Understand, affirm and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith. • Agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission.

• This is a support-raised position, requiring the incumbent to raise their entire salary, benefits costs, and other expenses. • Training in support-raising is provided, as are travel expenses.
