📋 Description

• Provide project management support through building and maintaining a system for tracking current, past, and future partnership opportunities. • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential new geographic regions. • Work with the U.S Expansion Team to develop comprehensive strategies for entering and establishing presence in new geographic regions. • Assess cultural, political, and ministry landscapes to inform strategic decision-making. • Establish and nurture initial relationships with local churches, ministry partners, and potential collaborators in target regions. • Cast vision for Launch Global's unique approach to church mobilization. • Build trust and credibility with church partners through authentic and strategic engagement. • Develop a robust network of relationships that support long-term ministry objectives. • Build upon existing vetting efforts for future church partnerships and establish a streamlined process for how to build a flourishing partnership. • Participate in missions recruitment events, conferences, and awareness programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management required. • Ministry, church, or non-profit leadership experience preferred. • Willing to travel domestically, approximately 30-40% of the time.
