📋 Description
• Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications. • Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO. • Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials. • Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules. • Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–10 years experience as a patent paralegal. • Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities. • Excellent document management and organizational skills.
