📋 Description
• Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications • Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO • Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials • Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules • Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 3–10 years experience as a patent paralegal • Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities • Excellent document management and organizational skills
