• Drive engagement and revenue within existing customers by planning data-driven campaigns, events, and workshops • Partner cross-functionally to expand contacts, uncover opportunities, and turn insights • Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts • Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including physical meet-ups and virtual events • Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using Launchmetrics data • Own all customer email communications • Lead the strategic development of customer nurturing programs • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics
• 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing or a related area • A true 360° marketer, comfortable managing a wide range of initiatives • Strong communication and storytelling abilities • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot) • Proficiency with CRM environments such as Salesforce • Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams • A self-starter with strong organizational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
