• Lead the sales team • Develop commercial strategies for capital raising • Retain and foster client loyalty in the FIDC segment • Prospect new business • Negotiate contracts • Monitor the financial market
🎯 Requirements
• Have an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ) • Maintain an active corporate client base (PJ) • Prospect and develop corporate clients • Market and sell financial products • Manage, grow and retain the client portfolio • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts • Conduct negotiations and strategic partnerships • Conduct sales visits and hold in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions • Define targets, commercial strategies and action plans • Monitor targets and commercial performance indicators (KPIs) • Prepare management reports with commercial results • Monitor the financial market and competitors • Participate in financial sector events, fairs and conferences • Work autonomously, with a results-oriented approach focused on value generation and sustainable growth • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal and operations)
