• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation • Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence related to immigration matters • Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English to gather information, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly • Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to ensure efficient case tracking and document management • Manage and update CRM and case management systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com • Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy, and workflow management • Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in U.S. immigration law (required) • Law degree preferred • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal (required) • Experience with legal case management and CRM systems such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com • Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently while maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy • Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work product and efficiency is highly preferred • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup (required)
