📋 Description

• Own the experimentation program across web funnels, SMS/drip, sales-driven tests, and SEO tests. • Design tests, make power and sample-size calls, establish significance and readout standards, and catch underpowered tests and false positives. • Extend Growth tests onto anytime-valid monitoring and ensure early decisions use crossed statistical boundaries. • Build and maintain the self-serve experimentation layer, including automated Growth metrics in Lightdash, Python-backed statistical-significance tooling, and AI skills for pre-test power calculations and live-test health checks. • Build and maintain a trusted, instrumented acquisition-to-conversion funnel from visitor to lead to customer across every brand and channel. • Provide CAC, LTV, and conversion-rate analyses to guide Growth investment prioritization. • Establish the Growth analytics function's standards and playbook by the end of Year 1. • Make a buy-versus-build recommendation for the experimentation stack. • Partner directly with the Director of CRO, performance marketing, and Growth PMs. • Deliver insights that drive decisions, challenge incorrect ideas, and quantify conversion lifts. • Work as an individual contributor without people-management responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Daily use of AI for SQL, dbt, and analysis pressure-testing; willingness to extend existing AI experimentation skills. • Strong statistical expertise in experiment design, power, significance, novelty effects, interaction effects, and when not to test. • Ability to explain broken experiments and statistical concepts in plain language. • Experience with Segment events and Flagsmith randomization, including experiment instrumentation and tracking validation. • Understanding of CAC, LTV, channel economics, attribution issues, seasonality, and channel mix. • Expert SQL skills. • Enough Python to automate statistical-significance calculations. • Comfort with dbt and Lightdash. • Ability to build data models independently without waiting on data engineering. • Ability to influence PMs and marketers without formal authority. • Ability to work with US-facing partners and manage overlap hours. • Brazil-based independent contractor eligibility.
