📋 Description

• Transform customer and Pro insight into company-shaping action. • Unify scattered insights into a clear understanding of customer and Pro needs. • Help untangle the multi-brand ecosystem to enhance customer promises and avoid cannibalization. • Build a discovery practice to align teams around actionable insights. • Lead initiative-level discovery across major product and brand opportunities. • Develop and maintain a continuous-discovery practice to be contributed by anyone in the org.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4-8+ years in UX research, product strategy, service design, or brand strategy. • Thrive in ambiguity and can bring structure where none exists. • Turn research into compelling narratives that drive decisions. • Are energized by multi-brand complexity and system-level strategy. • Prefer fast, scrappy tests to big, slow research cycles. • Care deeply about customer needs and behaviors. • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and influence.
