📋 Description

• Design and build scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Rails, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks) • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that support product functionality • Build reusable frontend components and contribute to shared UI libraries • Improve and modernize existing systems to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Mentor engineers and support the professional growth of teammates • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making • Support reliable deployments by debugging issues and collaborating with DevOps and QA teams • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives • Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing and building production web applications • Experience working across both frontend and backend systems • Experience with modern web frameworks (such as Rails, Node.js, React, or similar technologies) • Experience building APIs and backend services • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Strong understanding of software design principles and maintainable system architecture • Experience working in Agile development environments • Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams • Preferred location: Brno, Czech Republic
