• Define and execute the Enterprise product strategy across our payments products, aligning it with 8am’s broader company objectives and financial goals. • Conduct market, customer, and partner research to understand Enterprise pain points and emerging trends in AR automation, billing, and payments. • Evaluate and close key product gaps that drive enterprise disqualification, including surcharging, transaction limits, reporting, and reconciliation workflows. • Build and strengthen integrations with leading practice management and AR automation platforms, ensuring 8am remains a trusted embedded payments partner. • Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, compliant, and performant solutions for high-volume Enterprise clients, balancing flexibility with product consistency. • Analyze Enterprise merchant performance through data and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue expansion, retention, and margin improvement. • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and packaging for Enterprise capabilities and partnerships. • Monitor competitive dynamics (e.g., embedded payments, AR automation trends, global expansion) to identify risks and position 8am as a differentiated Enterprise payments provider.
• 7–10 years of product management experience, including building or scaling Enterprise B2B or payments solutions. • Proven experience working with integrations in legal, accounting, or fintech ecosystems. • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with engineering on architecture, scalability, and integration tradeoffs. • Demonstrated success in defining strategy and delivering measurable business results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
