• Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities • Prepare journal entries • Analyze and book accruals for pending invoices, open purchase orders, contracts, and credit card transactions • Reconcile, provide supporting documentation and detailed analysis for assigned balance sheet accounts • Review and provide notes from detailed analysis to assigned cost center income statement for month over month and year over year variances • Perform actual to budget/forecast Income Statement review for assigned cost center • Cross train with accounting team on prepaids, fixed assets, and other functional areas as assigned • Record cash transaction activity and reconcile all bank accounts • Support financial and tax audits by providing PBC schedules and documentation as assigned • Ensure procedures are in accordance with GAAP requirements and accounting department policies • Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
• 2-4 years accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Confident self-starter with a solid ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments • Experience with ERP systems (Workday experience a plus) • Demonstrated understanding of financial/accounting principles and systems • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
