• Lead SaaS and Commercial Contracting Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts • Assist with supplier and customer contracting • Take end-to-end ownership of negotiations on enterprise-level customer contracts • Join customer calls and meetings to support Sales and Customer Success • Advise on intellectual property ownership and licensing • Provide guidance on privacy and data protection requirements in a SaaS context • Own and continuously improve customer-facing templates and online terms • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product • Manage a high and varied workload • Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders • Exercise sound legal judgement and contribute to broader legal and compliance initiatives.
• Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate (or equivalent) • 5+ years of PQE in gained in a reputable law firm and in-house environment • experience in commercial contracting—preferably involving technology or SaaS—or a strong interest in building capability in this area • Interest or exposure to privacy/data protection issues • Experience with in‑house legal operations or contract operations is a plus • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams • A practical, solutions‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
