âą Handle inbound and outbound customer calls âą Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests âą Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text âą Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates âą Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems âą Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner âą Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
âą Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written) âą Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills âą Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills âą Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment âą Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly âą Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace âą Availability to work during PST business hours âą Preferred Qualifications: âą Experience in the insurance industry is a plus âą Experience with CRM systems âą Sales or client retention experience is an advantage
