📋 Description

• Manage, analyze and present strategic information, acting in an integrated manner between administrative and legal teams. • Manage, maintain and optimize databases essential to administrative and legal activities. • Ensure the integrity, security and accessibility of the information under your responsibility. • Apply data organization routines and best practices, ensuring accuracy and continuous updates. • Develop management and operational reports to support decision-making. • Perform data analyses primarily using advanced Excel. • Create executive presentations and dashboards in PowerPoint, turning data into clear, strategic visual information. • Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization and automation within administrative and management routines. • Implement and monitor Artificial Intelligence solutions and other automation tools. • Provide administrative support for daily routines, ensuring continuous operational flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (complete) with active OAB registration. • Database Management: proven experience organizing, maintaining and optimizing information. • Advanced Office suite skills, including: advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query/Power Pivot — desirable). • PowerPoint (preparation of executive presentations and dashboards). • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and Process Automation (e.g., RPA, automated workflows, AI tools applied to daily tasks). • Analytical capability to handle complex information, transforming data into insights. • Proactivity and dynamism, working with agility in high-demand routines. • Organizational skills and a sense of urgency, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. • Good communication and ease collaborating with diverse areas (Legal, IT, Administrative). • Teamwork, integrating into multidisciplinary teams and structured environments.
