📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the legal team in the consumer law practice, ensuring organization and compliance with procedural deadlines • Allocate and direct activities, ensuring a balanced workload among team members • Monitor and evaluate the technical quality of work, providing ongoing feedback and guidance • Prepare management reports and monitor team and case performance indicators • Support the development of strategies for civil and consumer litigation matters • Serve as a liaison between the team and the partners, fostering alignment and clear, effective communication • Review legal pleadings and define case strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Solid experience in civil and consumer litigation • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Familiarity with legal management systems and electronic court platforms (PJe, e-SAJ, PROJUDI, etc.) • Team leadership experience • Strong procedural law expertise and problem-solving skills • Performance indicator management • Strong organizational skills, clear and assertive communication, analytical thinking, and results orientation • Resilient and dynamic profile • Agility and a strong sense of urgency • Proactive and autonomous decision-making • Flexibility to manage competing demands and priorities • Strong communication and client relationship skills • Certifications or courses in people management, leadership, or legal process management are a plus
