📋 Description
• Handle strategic Intellectual Property matters • Contribute to the protection and enhancement of intangible assets • File trademark applications with the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) • Prepare oppositions to third-party applications • Conduct preliminary trademark searches • Analyze trade dress • Handle litigation matters
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience filing trademark applications with INPI • Experience preparing oppositions to third-party applications • Experience conducting preliminary trademark searches • Experience analyzing trade dress • Litigation experience • Advanced to fluent English proficiency • Experience with technology transfer agreements is a plus
