📋 Description

• Own and be accountable for IB performance and growth in Thailand, including revenue, volume, and market-expansion targets • Develop and execute a strategic action plan tailored to the Thai market • Identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes for continuous market growth • Lead, inspire, and coach Business Development Managers • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and provide guidance and corrective actions • Acquire new partnerships and strengthen and expand existing partnerships • Collaborate with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, Compliance, and other teams • Analyse partner performance, market data, and performance metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities • Cultivate long-term partner relationships to maximize performance and potential • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and enhance departmental performance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or any other relevant field • 5 years of experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) within the Forex / Fintech industry • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing IB and Business Development teams • Excellent command of both Thai and English • Proven leadership and people-management skills • Experience guiding, coaching, and developing Business Development teams to achieve measurable results • Strong relationship-management and communication abilities • Experience conducting high-level strategic discussions with partners, stakeholders, and key market players • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, analysis, and reporting • Deep understanding of financial markets, with solid expertise in forex, crypto, or related trading sectors • Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and active-listening skills • Proven track record of closing partnerships and optimising partner performance
