📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic development of our AI platform • You establish the foundation for Carla, CXBox and future AI products to grow on a shared platform. • Together with the executive management, engineering and product management, you make the key decisions for our AI strategy – from selecting appropriate technologies to prioritizing new platform capabilities. • Responsibility for product and platform strategy (product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery and customer feedback loops) for Carla, CXBox and future AI products • Line and functional leadership of the product management team • Development of product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery and customer feedback loops for Carla, CXBox and future AI products. • Further development of a scalable AI platform across multiple products • Decisions regarding LLMs, Voice AI, RAG, MCP, hosting and AI vendors • Establishment of measurable AI quality as well as economical and scalable solutions • Close collaboration with executive management, engineering, sales, customer success and customers

• You have already taken responsibility for a technology-driven software product – for example as Head of Product, Director Product, Head of AI, Founding CTO or Product & Technology Lead • You think of product and technology as one unit. • You understand AI as the core of modern software products. • You can make technical decisions with engineering on an equal footing. • You provide orientation, take responsibility and make decisions. • You translate customer problems into scalable platform solutions. • You think entrepreneurially and prioritize business impact over technical perfection. • You are fluent in German.
