📋 Description
• Thực hiện, triển khai các hoạt động bền vững, bao gồm chương trình cà phê có trách nhiệm (RSP) và hoạt động dự án SCI • Triển khai các hoạt động của chương trình cà phê có trách nhiệm: đăng ký, thu thập thông tin nông hộ, thu thập dữ liệu vườn cà phê, thanh tra nội bộ, kiểm tra và hỗ trợ ghi chép Nhật ký nông hộ (NKNH) • Chuẩn bị thanh tra chứng nhận và thực hiện các hành động khắc phục sau thanh tra • Duy trì khả năng truy xuất nguồn gốc • Tập huấn liên quan đến nông dân và báo cáo • Thu thập dữ liệu liên quan đến nông nghiệp tái sinh, carbon, hỗ trợ thúc đẩy áp dụng (FCV) • Cấp phát và cập nhật sinh trưởng và phát triển của cây giống • Làm việc trực tiếp và gần gũi với 500-600 nông dân trong vùng được phân công để triển khai các hoạt động liên quan đến RSP và SCI trên kế hoạch được thống nhất với người quản lý trực tiếp trong sự điều phối với nhóm trưởng • Báo cáo thường xuyên đến nhân viên LDC phụ trách
🎯 Requirements
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc với nông dân, nông hộ • Có kỹ năng chia sẻ thông tin và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với nông dân và các đối tác liên quan • Sẵn sàng đi công tác và làm việc ngoài giờ khi có yêu cầu • Hiểu các yếu tố vùng miền trong sản xuất cà phê và văn hóa địa phương • Có thể sử dụng các phần mềm để thu thập dữ liệu, đánh giá nộ bộ và để thực hiện các công việc khác • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc theo đội nhóm • Ngoài tiếng Kinh, có thể sử dụng được ngôn ngữ địa phương là một lợi thế
