Succeed. is a registered charity and learning centre that provides neuroaffirming, individualized education and assessment services for learners with learning and brain-based differences (e. g. , dyslexia, ADHD, autism). It offers one-to-one and small-group programs across the lifespan (early years through adult), credentialed assessments, workshops, and technology-enhanced supports designed to build academic skills, executive functioning, and confidence. LDS emphasizes research-backed, inclusive programming, sliding-fee access, and partnerships with universities and health organizations to deliver measurable outcomes.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-to-one instruction live online • Create and maintain a learning environment that is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and enjoyable for all learners • Identify learner strengths and challenges through informal and formal assessment • Draw from multiple resources and curricula, develop and implement year-long learning plans and daily lesson plans for your assigned learners that are individualized, neuroaffirming, strength-based, evidence-based, technology-enhanced and linked to measurable learning goals • Provide formal and informal written progress reports, with or without the use of assistive technology

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with school-aged children with diagnosed or suspected learning differences • Experience in strengths-based, neuroaffirming learning environments and/or a demonstrated eagerness and ability to quickly adapt to this type of environment • Experience using structured, systematic, and explicit instructional approaches • Experience teaching literacy concepts using a structured literacy/Science of Reading approach, math focused on building conceptual understanding, and support for executive functioning, sensory processing, or social-emotional learning • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with or without the use of assistive technology • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset • Demonstrated commitment to our charitable mission • Self-motivated and self-directed • Ability to provide a criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening • Eligibility to work in Canada
