📋 Description
• Conduct comprehensive review of every department and its associated workflows • Interview team leads and individual contributors to understand workflows • Evaluate documented processes through the lens of AI applicability • Work closely with AI Solutions Architect to translate process insights • Support change management efforts by documenting new AI-assisted processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in business process analysis or related field • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required • Strong working knowledge of AI options, capabilities, and limitations • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Experience working in performance-driven environments; familiarity with media, marketing, or lead generation is a plus
