📋 Description

• Provide technical support and guidance to the systems validation team • Ensure that testing stages meet project quality requirements and deadlines • Control and manage tasks • Facilitate technical alignment between developers and clients • Plan and coordinate the end-to-end testing and validation strategy • Define and align component requirements with development teams • Develop test solutions and test benches for acquisition and implementation needs • Prepare technical reports to support product release and failure management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering • Advanced or fluent English proficiency • Previous experience providing technical leadership to teams and managing deliverables • In-depth knowledge of communication networks and automotive embedded electronics • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence
