📋 Description

• Serve as UA Ops Specialist focusing on App paid user acquisition operational and technical setup • Partner with UA Managers to handle attribution, event tracking, postbacks and parameters ensuring correct performance measurement • Work side-by-side with Web UA Ops Specialist and Web MarTech Specialist to maintain cross-functional UA alignment across Web and App • Focus on ops, measurement, and future-proof attribution rather than daily bid optimization • Test and stay ahead on industry changes (ATT, SKAN 5) and propose fixes when issues arise • Validate MMP data and reporting, advise on CTA vs VTA windows and probabilistic attribution • Make Firebase useful as a connector to Google Ads and squeeze value from GA4 data streams • Explore channels like ASO uplift, CTV and alternative networks and contribute to playbook creation • Raise issues with Product or technical setups and propose solutions; take ownership of fixes for underperforming campaigns • Bring operational and technical mastery to UA execution and help write playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven, recent hands-on experience running Paid UA campaigns for mobile apps • Proven expertise across the main Paid UA channels for apps: Search (UAC + ASA), Social (Meta + TikTok), Programmatic (AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, etc.), AdNetworks non-traditional (X Ads, Reddit Ads) • Understanding of subscription app business (trials, renewals, cancellations, win-backs) • Experienced with MMPs (Appsflyer preferred), raw data extraction, reporting, knowledge of CTA vs. VTA and probabilistic attribution • Knowledge of Firebase and GA4 event tracking and connector use with Google Ads • Curious about CTV and tying awareness to measurable post-install events • Fluent English (written & spoken) • Big plus: experience with server-to-server integrations (S2S postbacks, advanced SKAN setups) • Big plus: ability to query data with SQL (BigQuery, Databricks) • Big plus: ASO knowledge • Big plus: cross-pollination interest in Web UA Ops & MarTech • Big plus: awareness of emerging CTV channels
