📋 Description

• Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the company's operations. • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high-quality standards in all procurement activities. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet Leadtech standards and requirements. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. • Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services. • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs. • Maintain accurate procurement records and databases. • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in procurement. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English Communication skills. • Experience with sourcing IT Categories & Professional Services. • Strong negotiation skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides). • Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations. • Good to have: CIPS member or Certified • Experience with Jira Service Management • Experience with Reporting tools (BI, Tableau, Looker etc)
