📋 Description

• Lead the paid search channel, ensuring strong execution across campaign structure, bidding, keywords, budget allocation, testing, and optimization. • Manage and coordinate a small paid search team, ensuring clear priorities, fast execution, and strong performance accountability. • Remain hands-on in campaign management, actively working inside the platforms and supporting daily optimizations. • Drive rapid scaling while maintaining strong control over efficiency, CPA, ROAS, payback, and other key business KPIs. • Define testing priorities across keywords, landing pages, bidding strategies, geographies, and campaign structures. • Monitor daily performance and quickly identify risks, opportunities, and required budget reallocations. • Work closely with Marketing Leadership, Data, Creative, Product, and CRO teams to align growth strategy, forecasts, and execution. • Build clear reporting routines and communicate performance updates, risks, and next steps to senior stakeholders. • Support the development of best practices and playbooks that can be replicated across other MAU growth projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads/Bing Ads campaigns in high-growth environments. • Strong hands-on knowledge of campaign management, keyword strategy, bidding models, budget scaling, account structure, and performance optimization. • Experience working with automation in Paid Search campaign management is highly preferred, including campaign creation at scale, automated bidding workflows, bulk optimization processes, scripts, feeds, and reporting automation. • Previous experience leading or coordinating a team, or strong potential and motivation to lead, ideally in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. • Ability to work with high budgets, aggressive growth targets, and fast-changing priorities. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear actions. • Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining execution speed without losing quality. • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
