📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements • Connect to data sources and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability • Develop and enforce data visualization and dashboard design best practices • Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau/Looker dashboards and reports • Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives • Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and industry trends • Tailor all workflows for Agentic Analytics readiness and connect them for consumption by AI or through AI

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Tableau BI Developer or with other BI tools • 1+ years of experience in mobile application analysis • Proven experience designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation • Experience with relational databases, cloud platforms, and flat files • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with other BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or QlikView is preferred • Knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL or Python for data analysis is preferred • Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, BigQuery, or Databricks is preferred • Tableau Desktop or Server certification is preferred
