📋 Description

• Research, prototype, develop, launch, and scale challenging AI products across Leadtech's portfolio • Take new products from ideation and research through prototyping, build, release, and scale • Own features end-to-end • Rapidly create clickable prototypes, test them with users, and decide whether to iterate or discard • Harden codebases as products gain traction and user bases grow • Maintain performance and quality while expanding product scope • Evolve features based on real user behavior • Own frontend architecture, component library, design system, and user experience • Design and build high-converting landing pages, checkout flows, and paywalls • Design and integrate LLM-powered product features • Create development skills, automations, and internal tooling • Instrument features, run experiments, analyze funnel data, and iterate based on results • Collaborate with an international product team and contribute to direct P&L impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience • Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, including Hooks, Context API, state management, Vite, Tailwind, and Shadcn UI • Track record of owning significant frontend surface area • Ability to distinguish and articulate good UX, with examples from own work • Comfortable using Figma • Knowledge of typography, spacing, and motion • Experience with design systems and durable component APIs • Experience building responsive, mobile-first layouts • Knowledge of accessibility and frontend performance, including bundle size • Ability to distinguish prototypes from production-ready code for a growing user base • Uses AI throughout the development process by default • Experience building skills, agents, or automations • Experience with marketing sites, landing pages, or checkout flows • Understanding of conversion drivers • Experience running or interpreting A/B tests • Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL • Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems • Clear communication and comfort collaborating outside engineering • Business awareness and focus on measurable outcomes • Previous experience launching and scaling products in a startup, venture studio, or internal product team is a bonus • Hands-on SEO experience is a bonus • Familiarity with Amplitude and GA4 is a bonus • LLM engineering experience is a bonus • Passion for AI and awareness of new models, protocols, and developer tooling is a bonus
