• Define and execute the product vision for AI agents purpose-built for dealer websites. • Identify and prioritize use cases such as lead capture, inventory search, appointment scheduling, and finance inquiry automation. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI conversational design, LLM-powered assistants, and digital retail solutions. • Own the product roadmap for AI agent functionality and platform enhancements. • Collaborate with platform product management, AI/ML, UX, and development teams to deliver features that are scalable, secure, and easily configurable for dealers. • Define and measure success metrics—such as lead conversion rate, user engagement, and response quality—to demonstrate impact. • Define conversational flows, tone, and agent personality to ensure a helpful, on-brand customer experience. • Partner with AI engineers and data teams to develop, test, and optimize prompts, training data, and model performance. • Implement continuous learning loops to improve accuracy and conversion outcomes based on user and dealer feedback. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• 3+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, or digital commerce platforms. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, chat interfaces, and LLM-powered workflows. • Demonstrated success building products for dealership networks (automotive, powersports, marine, or RV). • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Prior work with AI or conversational products in the consumer retail or dealership domain. • Knowledge of dealer digital retailing tools, website UX, and online-to-showroom conversion strategies. • Experience partnering with third-party AI vendors or API-based technology providers. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
