📋 Description

• Consult with clients to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups • Create high-quality website designs and prototypes based on client requirements • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs efficiently • Apply UX/UI best practices and current design trends to all work • Design and support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience • Leverage data and analytics insights to inform design decisions • Communicate progress and updates to Project Managers (Launch Specialists) • Collaborate with Front-End Development to ensure accurate implementation of designs • Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite a plus) • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, and interaction design • Experience working on client-facing projects or strong customer communication skills • Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly (visual storytelling) • Ability to interpret and apply data (e.g., A/B testing results, heatmaps, and analytics) to inform design decisions • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities quickly • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, or experimentation tools (preferred) • Familiarity with Axure for prototyping and advanced interaction design (preferred) • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) is a plus.
