📋 Description
• Lead the design team’s delivery process by planning sprints, tracking progress, and maintaining clear timelines aligned with product goals. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage capacity, and ensure effective communication between UX, UI, product, and engineering teams. • Oversee documentation, reporting, and performance metrics to provide visibility to stakeholders. • Maintain alignment with the design system, ensuring quality, usability, and consistency across deliverables. • Continuously evaluate and improve processes for better speed, collaboration, and results.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or coordination roles within a technology or product environment. • Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Proven experience working directly with UX, UI, or product design teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com (mainly Jira). • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, responsive design). • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for metrics tracking and reporting. • Ability to motivate and guide creative teams while maintaining structure and deadlines. • Adaptability to shifting priorities and design changes. • Strong attention to detail and documentation. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and creative audiences.
