• Support the BI team in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models. • Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. • Support basic data modeling tasks using star schema concepts and maintain clean, structured datasets. • Prepare and transform data using Power Query to extract information from various sources. • Help write and optimize simple SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. • Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports. • Update recurring reports and assist with scheduled data refreshes. • Support integration of data from multiple sources to create unified reporting views. • Create user-friendly visualizations under the guidance of senior team members. • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with internal teams to understand reporting needs. • Document processes, report logic, and data flows. • Conduct initial data analysis to identify trends, issues, or opportunities that support business operations.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or related coursework/internships. • Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI Desktop (building dashboards, using Power Query, creating simple DAX measures). • Exposure to Salesforce, Outlook, or other operational systems. • Foundational knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, basic calculations). • Understanding of data modeling concepts such as fact and dimension tables. • Ability to clean, transform, and organize data from spreadsheets or simple system exports. • Willingness to learn how to work with multiple data sources (CRM, Excel, email-based data, etc.). • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail when validating or presenting data. • Motivation to grow technical skills and take on more complex BI tasks over time.
