• Analyze daily transportation and logistics data to measure performance against goals and provide recommendations for improvement. • Identify gaps in data or reporting processes and propose thoughtful solutions. • Develop and maintain logistics databases and ensure data integrity. • Utilize financial, logistical, and procurement systems to support reporting, ad hoc analyses, and corrective action improvements. • Deliver detailed analyses, KPIs, and metrics to department leadership and executive stakeholders. • Support collaboration across functions and with internal/external stakeholders, including field teams. • Assist with process and procedure updates, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Write scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets in Python. • Perform data analysis using Python libraries such as pandas and NumPy. • Develop automated reporting pipelines. • Create ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and process optimization. • Optionally, create visualizations using Python libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or reporting. • Proficiency in Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation. • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with a centralized data warehouse (CDW). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Junior / Junior+ level experience, capable of supporting reporting and forecasting functions effectively. • Nice to Have: • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses. • Familiarity with workflow automation or ETL tools such as Power Automate, Knime, or Alteryx. • Exposure to transportation or logistics data and forecasting practices.
