📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Beverage Sales will be responsible for leading and managing sales initiatives targeting the restaurant industry. • This role demands a professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations who can leverage their industry knowledge to build strong relationships, optimize sales processes, and achieve revenue targets. • The focus will be on integrating operational expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the restaurant industry. • Utilize your deep understanding of restaurant operations to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our restaurant clients. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the restaurant sector. • Lead and mentor the beverage sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational and sales-related issues promptly and effectively. • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives. • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or operations role within the restaurant industry. • Extensive background in restaurant operations, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and challenges. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Experience in relationship management and contract negotiation. • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
