📋 Description

• The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise sales strategy to expand our beverage offerings within the restaurant industry. • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to target and secure partnerships with major restaurant chains and foodservice providers. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant industry, focusing on expanding market share and increasing product penetration. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the restaurant sector. • Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. • Develop and manage the enterprise sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • An MBA is preferred. • 3+ of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry. • Previous experience in restaurant operations or marketing is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry's dynamics, including key players, trends, and challenges. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
