📋 Description

• Support the career development of Software Engineers and Quality Analysts, helping them reach their full potential. • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide ongoing feedback, and perform performance evaluations. • Identify, develop, and mentor new leaders within the technology teams. • Map resource needs and propose technical trainings to improve team skills. • Participate in defining new job openings, conduct interviews, and recruit exceptional talent. • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to evaluate team and process performance. • Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes, promoting efficiency and innovation. • Work with teams to drive agility and high-quality deliveries, removing blockers and ensuring strategic alignment. • Foster effective collaboration with other areas, ensuring harmony between product, business, and technology. • Actively contribute to defining and tracking roadmaps, prioritizing impactful deliveries aligned with business strategies. • Be prepared to collaborate technically when necessary, helping the team overcome practical challenges and taking the lead in critical situations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Solid experience in people management across different levels, including career development and technical leadership. • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, with practical knowledge of commonly used market technologies. • Experience with agile methodologies and metrics analysis for continuous improvement. • Technical knowledge of databases, algorithms, software architecture, and modern development practices. • Ability to review code, contribute architectural solutions, and, when necessary, work hands-on to unblock critical issues with the team. • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
