📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain AL code, extensions and customisations using Microsoft best practices and upgrade-safe development patterns • Translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions • Work closely with Finance, Operations and functional specialists • Build and maintain integrations with CRM, payroll, banking and other third-party systems using APIs, web services and middleware • Support technical workstreams for acquisitions, including migration scripts, data validation and onboarding new entities and systems • Manage Business Central environments, sandboxes, deployment pipelines, version updates and extension publishing • Develop workflow automations and system enhancements • Ensure appropriate testing and documentation • Help resolve complex technical issues • Potentially contribute to Learnlight’s future in-house Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing in AL • Experience building and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions • Understanding of Business Central architecture, events, triggers and upgrade-safe development patterns • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, web services or middleware • Ability to translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and maintainable solutions • Experience with data migration, multi-entity environments, acquisition-related technical work, environment management and deployment or release pipelines • Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, manage complex technical challenges and take ownership of solutions from design through delivery • Experience with Business Central permissions, security and administration • Experience with structured testing, regression testing and technical documentation • Effective collaboration with Finance, Operations and functional teams • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, SQL, DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD or AI capabilities within Business Central would be beneficial
